URGENT: RWANDA ACCEPTE TO JOIN M23

Urgent: Under growing pression and, above all, playing on international sensitivity, Rwanda's current and spontaneous admission that it is fighting alongside the AFC/M23 is a diversionary tactic to continue the war and render the Washington accords ineffective. Since when does Rwanda have the right to defend the rights and ensure the safety of Tutsis beyond its borders? These maneuvers by Kigali are dangerous and threaten both regional and international security. The Trump administration must be aware of this and avoid falling into such a trap again, which would distract it from its historical mission of contributing to lasting peace and development in the region, particularly in the DRC.
